Portia Learns about Andorra: Portia decided to learn about Andorra because she didn't know much about the tiny European country. She loved what she found out and wanted to someday visit.
The White Puppy from Andorra: The White Puppy from Andorra is a novel about getting by far from home and standing on your own four paws. It is also about how great it feels to keep a promise to a friend.

Children's Books about Andorra
[Mama Traveler Recommended!] The Land of Right Up and Down: Maribelle wants to attend the Fiesta of Our Lady of Meritxell, but is too far to travel without a horse. But if Maribelle and her friend can help a foreign lady find a rare butterfly, maybe they can go. Set in the mountains of Andorra, a tiny mountain country between France and Spain which is truly 'right up and down.' Mama Traveler Notes: The book is a really beautifully written and illustrated story of a little girl living in the mountains of Andorra. The story follows a little girl in her normal daily life and then her interactions with an American woman who comes to her small town interested in photographing the local butterflies. It's a slice of life of earlier times and provides a window into Andorran culture, including their most important festival. Too bad it's out of print and hard to get a copy.My First Book - Andorra: All About Andorra For Kids: The culture, the beauty, the landmarks, the food - it is simply fascinating. In this book, we cover all of those magical elements about ANDORRA in a digestible and engaging way! Combining fun and education, we use real-life images to help your child learn about the country.
